Into your first round in three steps

In the shortest modes a full round plays out in under a minute.

  1. 1

    Create an account

Sign up with an email and 500 chips land in your account. No deposit, no payment details, no verification.

  2. 2

    Pick a mode

Player count and duration set the stake. The round starts the moment the lobby is full — or, once two thirds of the seats are taken, a 1-minute timer starts it (5 minutes for the long day- and week-long rounds).

  3. 3

    Trade and settle

Everyone starts with identical capital. At the close, return decides the ranking and the pot is split by place.

Verifiable, not vibes

A contest is only worth as much as its settlement. So here is how it works.

Rules in detail

Same starting capital for everyone

Every participant in a round gets the same trading capital. Being here longer or holding more chips is no head start.

Valued at the close

Settlement uses the price that applied at the end of the round, not whatever price happens to show when someone opens the page later. Open positions are closed at that same moment.

Stakes held in escrow

The stake leaves your balance when the round starts and sits in a separate account until settlement. Every entry has counter-entries that sum to zero, and it is checked continuously.

No round without a verifiable price

If no price exists for the moment the round ends, for example because the data feed dropped, the round is voided and all stakes are returned in full.

Where this is going

Trading as a sport, with real stakes on the horizon. Here is where RingSide is headed — said plainly, without the hype.

Play, earn RS Points

Real competition earns Points — for playing often and for winning. Points are a reward balance, not a coin.

Real money, non-custodial

When real-money rounds open, you play in USDC from your own wallet. RingSide never holds your funds — we only take a small rake on each pot.

Points feed the token

The plan: at a later token launch, Points feed into the RingSide token. Whether and how is a reviewed decision.

Toward our own Layer 1

A share of protocol fees goes into buybacks, and the long-term goal is our own Layer 1 the token can migrate to. A roadmap we are building toward.

RS Points are a reward balance, not a financial instrument. Nothing here is an offer, investment advice, or a promise of returns. Real-money play, token issuance, and any future Layer 1 depend on regulatory review and are not available everywhere.

The next round starts without you.
